Returns and Exchange

We strive to ensure a perfect delivery against our customer’s orders but there are certain variations that might come up like mentioned below:

– Color variations: sometimes colors appear brighter than they usually are in the images. There may be slight variation in the brightness of color between the physical product and the image. Majorly in products made of pure fabrics.

– Texture variations: The texture of the fabric may feel different physically as compared to its visual appearance.

– Design variations: In case of bandhani or tie and dye products, the bandhej design may vary a little from what appears in the image on the website. As bandhej is made by hand, each piece is different. No two pieces can be same. Hence, there may be a little variation in the dots patterns/design. Please see our disclaimer regarding the same before making a purchase decision.

– Embellishments: In all hand embroidery work, in spite of all efforts and care, sequins/gota patti/kundan/zardozi/stones have a tendency to come off. The amount that comes off is very less/negligible and it cannot be avoided.

In case of product received in damaged condition, has defect or wrong product has been received:

– Kindly Contact Us within 24hrs. We shall check and revert at earliest on the same.

– Do not return any product unless confirmed by Rana’s by Kshitija, if any product is returned without confirmation Rana’s by Kshitija does not guarantee refund or replacement for the same.

– Kindly retain all the packaging material and invoice of the parcel.

– Always mention complete details, as the modifications/alteration will be made on the basis of the same only.

– Always check the contents of the parcel if the packaging appears tampered, kindly accept the delivery only after mentioning a remark on the proof of delivery.

– In case wrong product has been delivered, we shall replace it with the original or make a refund as soon as the returned goods are received. The goods should be in the original condition as they were in when sent/delivered in. In case of any damage Rana’s by Kshitija will not liable to make any replacements or refunds.

– Safe delivery of returned good is responsibility of the customer.

– In case the returned goods are checked and noted to have been damaged at the customers end then Rana’s by Kshitija shall make the required alterations on approval and expense of the customer. The cost of resending it to the customer will also be at the cost of the customer.

– The product when received back by Rana’s by Kshitija will be checked for defects as mentioned by the customer and immediate action will be taken to ensure the problems are resolved at earliest.

– The product in case of error from Rana’s by Kshitija will be altered if possible or replaced. If the same is not available, the customer can choose a different product of the same price. Rana’s by Kshitija shall bear the price to deliver the same.

– All charges for alterations/modifications in case of mistake from Rana’s by Kshitija will be taken care by Rana’s by Kshitija.

– In case it is a customized/made to order product, the sale shall be treated as final. In case the product needs stitching it will be done as per the sizes submitted by the customer. In case of any issue with stitching, the required alterations will be made. If there are major alterations then they will be done at the cost of the customer on approval.

– All shipping charges are to be borne by customers in case of delivery/returns outside India.

-If while preparing an order, the product cannot be delivered due to unavailability or any other reason, Rana’s by Kshitija shall make a refund. In any other case, Rana’s by Kshitija shall not make any refund of any amount.

– All stitching orders shall be executed as per details submitted by the customer. We try to provide the best fittings possible, in case of problems with fittings Rana’s by Kshitija shall make alterations. The cost of return and re-delivery will be at the cost of the customer.

– Notwithstanding any of the above, Rana’s by Kshitija shall not be responsible for any returns, replacements, alterations or modifications.
